Maumelle Boulevard and Country Club Parkway: On Aug. 4, Shirley J. Parker, 61, of Maumelle was stopped at an intersection in her 1999 Jeep sport utility vehicle when she was hit from behind by a 2008 Ford sedan driven by Tessi Lyn Center, 38, of Little Rock. Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services responded, but Parker declined to be taken to a hospital.
